Registration Information;

  • Name badge, participation in scientific meetings, congress pocket program and abstract information, printed congress materials, social program and certificate of participation are included in the congress registration fee.
  • It is kindly requested that the registration of the accompanying persons to be done together with the registration of the participant, this will prevent the occurrence of any problems on the side of accompanying persons during the congress.
  • Accompanying persons will be able to participate in the social programs organized within the congress.
  • 20% VAT is not included to registration fees.

 

Registration Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • For cancellations notified until August 09, 2024, the full fee will be refunded.
  • For cancellations notified until 09 September 2024, 50% of the fee will be refunded.
  • After 09 September 2024, there will be no cancellation-refund process, only name changes will be accepted.
  • Requests and changes regarding registration reservations must be notified in writing to the organization secretariat.
  • Fees will be refunded within one month after the end of the congress. The cost of remittance of returns will be deducted from the fee to be refunded.

Information on Accommodation;

  • Participants who do not stay at the congress hotel but wish to avail themselves of the services included in the hotel concept and to benefit from the special congress catering and social activities during the specified days from 16 – 20 October 2024 between the hours of 09:00 – 18:00, will be required to pay an external participation fee in addition to the congress registration fees. The fees are as follows: Early Bird; 100 € + 20% VAT, Late Period; 115 € + 20% VAT, On-Site Period; 135 € + 20% VAT. The registration of participants who do not pay the external participation fee will not be valid.
  • Check-in on 16 October 2024, Wednesday, and check-out on 20 October 2024, Sunday, including 4 nights' accommodation in a room + ultra all inclusive system is included. For accommodation requests on different dates, please send an email to tugce.ercan@burkon.com.
  • The hotel check-in time is 14:00, and the check-out time is 12:00. Early check-ins and late check-outs will be charged extra. The hotel is not obliged to allocate rooms to participants but may assist subject to availability. Assistance will be provided for the storage of luggage in case of early arrival and late departure.
  • For accommodation reservation procedures, the "Accommodation Form" must be filled out completely and sent online via the website. Accommodation fees will be deposited into the Agency's account. Guests who pay by bank receipt should send their payment receipts via email to tugce.ercan@burkon.com.
  • The name of the Participant / Company must be indicated on the bank receipt. The wire transfer fee is the responsibility of the participant/company.
  • The check-out time from the facilities is 12:00. In case of a request for late check-out, it is necessary to contact Burkon Tourism for the availability of the hotel and fee information.
  • Guests staying in a double room, other than the "Accompanying" person, must also complete the registration process with the form. Participants staying in a Double Room must indicate the names of the guests they will be staying with in the accompanying section.
  • Burkon Tourism reserves the right to cancel uncompleted accommodation requests or to transfer them to another hotel.
  • The accommodation fee does not include 10% VAT. Taxes should be added to the accommodation fees when making payment. Burkon Tourism reserves the right to reflect any changes in the potential taxes, duties, and fees to the prices.
  • Each package accommodation is valid for one person and cannot be split and used by more than one person.

Services Included in the Registration Fee
