Congress Offical Language The language of the congress is English. Turkish will be used in National sessions and simultaneous translation to English will be provided.

Permissions Invitation letters for Congress participation requested for submission to institutions will be sent through the Congress Secretariat. This letter only holds the intention of supporting the participants in terms of getting permission to participate from their affiliated institutions, thus, it does not provide financial support whatsoever, therefore participants holding an invitation letter shall be responsible for their own registration and accommodation fees.

Name Badge All participants will be given a name badge. To maintain the congress order, it is requested to always wear name badges.

Speaker Room Speaker room will be at the service of speakers who want to check their presentations during the congress. Should the submission of the presentation be on a personal computer, attendants will transfer the presentation to the congress computers. Upon request presentations can be deleted from the computers completely under the supervision of the speakers after the presentation.

Certificate of Participation All participants can receive their certificates of participation from the registration desk as of October 20, 2024, 09:00 A.M

Crediting All sessions and courses of the congress will be credited by the Turkish Medical Association Continuing Medical Education Crediting Board (STE).
